Roots in Food
Growing up across different states due to my father's transferable job, I developed a deep love and respect for diverse cuisines.

Education & Early Career
Pursuing this passion, I earned a degree in Hotel Management and Catering Technology. This opened doors to an exciting career in the hospitality industry, where I spent six enriching years working at prestigious hotels like the Taj Jai Mahal Palace. These experiences refined my skills and deepened my understanding of fine dining and professional kitchens.

Entrepreneurial Leap
The pandemic in 2020 became a turning point, pushing me to explore new avenues in the culinary world. I began conducting workshops, sharing my knowledge with aspiring bakers and food enthusiasts.

Building My Dream Venture
In August 2023, I took a bold step and launched my own culinary venture. Since then, I’ve inspired thousands of home bakers and food business owners through carefully crafted recipes, hands-on workshops, and expert guidance.
