Originally from West Bengal, I’ve cultivated a passion for food through experiences across India. With a degree in hotel management and catering technology from NSHM West Bengal, I began my career at Taj Jai Mahal Palace, gaining 10 years of diverse hotel experience.
Adapting to the pandemic, I started conducting workshops in 2020, leading to the establishment of my own venture in August 2023.
