Chef Sushmita A Legacy!
My story began with the vibrant flavors of West Bengal, and grew through experiences across India.
As a graduate in hotel management and catering technology, my journey includes six enriching years at renowned hotels like the Taj Jai Mahal Palace.
The pandemic sparked my innovation, leading to the launch of workshops in 2020 and culminating in the creation of my dream culinary venture in August 2023.
Since then, I’ve inspired over thousands of aspiring home bakers and food businesses. Each recipe is a product of careful experimentation and passionate collaboration. Every dish we share brings a piece of my heart into your kitchen, telling stories of flavor, passion, and possibility.
In addition to our workshops, we also offer restaurant consultation services to help elevate culinary experiences in the industry.
